When will my item be shipped? Updated for Covid19 Shipping inquiries.
❤ For the books, please allow 7-28 business days if in stock and 14-28 business days if up for preorder.
❤ For t-shirts, please allow 7-14 business days before shipping. Tees are made to order and are not kept on hand.
Once shipped, it should take 2-3 business days to get to you!
❤ For butters and oils, please allow 3-10 business days for processing of your order
Why was only part of my order shipped?
Tees are sent directly from our manufacturer. Sometimes they ship faster than us...... but usually they're slower. So your book may get to you sooner! :-P
Do you ship worldwide?
Sure do! However, depending on where you are, shipping could take up to 6 weeks. We are not responsible for any customs fees that you may incur. Please see your country's policies before ordering. We are based in the US of A.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
Yes and no.
❤ For books: If there is an issue with your order, within three days (including weekends) of receiving your item you can contact us to return or exchange. However there are no refunds on shipping either way. After three days returns/refunds/exchanges will not be accepted.
❤ For t-shirts : Tees are made to order and are final sale. No refunds/returns/exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
Lost packages
There will be no replacements of any packages that are lost due to an incorrect address. Please double, triple, no quadruple check your address before confirming your order. If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service with the tracking information provided. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.
Ooops! I ordered the wrong item! How do I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, it's best to do so immediately before the item is shipped! Send an email with your order details.
Recycling Instructions:
Recycle these glass bottles and jars, follow these steps:
-Take off the lid, pump, or dropper and dispose of each into their proper container. You can check your local recycling authority's guidelines to be sure you are using the correct one.
-Wash the glass container thoroughly in hot soapy water, rinse, then dry. Don’t skip this step, containers may contaminate other materials in a mixed waste stream, like paper.
-Place in your recycling bin and your glass bottle and jars can now be recycled.
Sterilization of our glass bottles and jars for reuse, here's a few options:
-Wash the glass container thoroughly in hot soapy water, rinse, then dry. Place on a cool oven rack with equal spacing and heat them at 120° for 15 minutes. Don’t be a hero, let it cool.
-Wash the glass container thoroughly in hot soapy water, rinse then dry. Place the bottles and jars into a large pan of boiling water for 10 minutes. Let cool.
-Your like-new containers are ready for whatever creative outlet your mind can come up with.
